Refund Policy
We truly hope you are happy with your purchases from Loriest & Co, however if for any reason you are not, you can return an item for a refund or exchange as long as it is returned within 14 days of receipt.
All items must be returned to us unopened and/or unused and in perfect condition (unless faulty). All returns will be carefully inspected. This means all products must have intact packaging, including relevant inserts.
